George - Completely agree with your point of view on the tactics vs strategy.

Last week I presented at IWOMC in Amsterdam and had exactly the same experience, which you can read about here: http://futureofpharmamarketing.blogspot.com/
I wonder what we can do to turn this around?

As a seasoned WoM campaigner it must be a killer to see WoM finally get some space, but for that space to be taken up with noise on tactics!
